Averee’s Healthy Coffee Cookies
- 4 Packs Organo Gold Black coffee
- 2 ¼ c. Flour (Can also be made gluten friendly)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Baking soda
- ¾ c. Brown sugar
- ¾ c. Granulated sugar
- 1 c. Softened butter
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
- ¾ Bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 ½ c. Chopped nuts
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Combine coffee, flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
3. Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, softened butter and vanilla, beat until creamy.
4. Then beat in the eggs.
5. Slowly add dry ingredients and mix well.
6. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
7. Put about a tablespoon of cookie dough on a ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Put in oven for 8 to 10 min.
Coffee cookie drizzle:
- 4 Cp Powdered sugar
- 5 Pck Organo Gold black coffee
- 3 Tb water
1. Combine powder sugar, coffee and water.
2. Use a whisk to drizzle over coffee cookie.
3. Drink with a delicious cup of Organo Gold coffee.
