This was HARD! Omg! Everything is sugar!
AND – Someone gave me a whole bunch of chocolates as a thank you! MAN! I definitely shared a lot of them.
It also didn’t help that I was filling out my Secret Santa wishlist which made me feel like eating more chocolate and drinking hot chocolate.
Anyway, the goal was to quit fake sugar, so I still ate fruit. 🙂
Below are some pics of my daily activities with no sugar. I suppose I may have needed to spend more than one day to see any real impact/effect. Except for normal cravings, nothing different happened.
