Day 43 – Take a Cold Shower to #PowerUp

There are apparently many benefits of cold showers.

The one that I like is the fresh feeling afterward – BUT – I enjoy a hot shower even more, so let’s just say I had to psych myself up for this one!

Some benefits of a cold shower:

  • Increases Alertness
  • Improves Immunity and Circulation
  • Speeds Up Muscle Soreness and Recovery
  • Eases Stress
  • Relieves Depression
