Day 22 – Fruits and Vegetables Only to #PowerUp

I am a vegetarian, so finding the vegetables was not difficult. What was difficult was eliminating carbs – bagels, toast, rice, and tortillas.

Forgot to take a pic of my V8 lunch drink.

  • Breakfast – Strawberries, Avocado, Coconut water
  • Lunch – Vegetable Juice (V8) – Skipped Eating Lunch (Not good, I know. It was a busy day.  I would have usually had some pistachio bread (Which is always in my bag…LOL!  – or some crackers, while going from meeting to meeting.)
  • Dinner – Sweet Potatoes, Kale, Garbanzo Beans, Corn, Almond Milk (x2 servings – I was so hungry, and it was delicious, thanks to our in-house Chef – Mr. Wisner. 🙂 )

Lesson learned: Plan your food the night before on a strict diet eating day.
