Day 21 – 100 Squats to #PowerUp

Zaleik helped me with this one! He took pics and marked for me on the chart. I thought I could do it all at once, but after 50 I was done. I had to break it down into two parts.  I had a one hour break in between.

I also started watching Netflix to get more squats done faster. It worked! #Distractions

My legs feel like jelly! It wasn’t as hard as I thought. Next time we’ll make it 200 squats. #PowerUp +1. +1. +1.
