Day 19 – Journal for 15 minutes to #PowerUp

I try to journal as much as I can, but I don’t feel like I do it enough. I remember when I used to journal in high school, college and even while I was on the Apprentice – I still have that journal – when I read the pages these days I am still in awe about all the little details we forget as time goes on.

I have many types of journals depending on my mood:

  • Five Minute Journal
  • Bullet Journal
  • Beach Journal
  • Free Write Journal
  • Doodling Journal

The point is to document your life because we forget so much of it and I feel like my days, hours and minutes are so precious, I want to remember if I can, those special moments of living this amazing life. This one was easy because I had a pretty simple day.
